Lemonade, optional

Add the soda and lemonade to a blender and blend for a few seconds

Juice of 1 grapefruit
1 orange, sliced
Two handfuls of mint leaves

1 teaspoon sugar or equivalent sweetener
Mint leaves
1 lime quartered into wedges
Diet lemon soda
1 cup of strawberries
Ice cubes
Lemon juice as per taste


Add the sugar, mint leaves, soda and strawberries into a blender and blend well.
Add in the lemon juice and soda and blend once again.
Taste and adjust sugar or lemon and once satisfied, add in the ice cubes.
Blend till smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve topped with lemon quarters!
